The motsunabe soup is made with carefully selected flying fish broth, kelp, shiitake mushrooms, and vegetables, and you can choose your preferred broth from soy sauce or miso. Our motsunabe (offal hot pot) is just like the real thing, and uses domestically produced beef offal, so it has no unpleasant odor and a delightful chewy texture.
